In commemoration and recognition of this special day, Polynesian Voyaging Society, Nainoa Thompson and Hōkūleʻa extend an invitation to all to bring a flower as a symbol of aloha for Hōkūleʻa to offer to our sacred space, our ocean. Flowers will be collected while we are at the Convention Center, from June 18th through June 20th. On June 21st, Hōkūleʻa and her crew will head to sea to scatter these flowers in aloha to the world.
