Kaunakakai School May Day

The public is welcomed to this free event on the playground of Kaunakakai School. The theme of this yearʻs program celebrates Hōkūleʻa’s Voyage around the world. Classes will be singing or dancing a song from each of the places Hōkūleʻa has already visited, with the exception of the 5th grade, who will be doing a number from South Africa which the Hōkūleʻa will be visiting later this year. Molokai crewmembers who have sailed on Hōkūleʻa will be in attendance.
